Frequently Asked Questions

When will my items be shipped?

Your items are made special for you and will ship in 7 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed. We are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items. 

Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.  If you have not received your tracking number and 7 to 10 business days have passed, please reach out to support at heidirae@sarasofiasblessings.com

Where are my items shipping from?

All items will be shipped from Wyoming, MN

How will my items be shipped?

Items are shipped (USPS) with tracking. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep that in mind when entering your shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes, change any part of your order, or cancel it. Be sure to double- and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit.

What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?

Any packages returned to us that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after 40 days. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit. *PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was free shipping, the exact costs of the shipment will be deducted from any refund amount. 

Why isn't my order going through?

First, make sure that all of the items in your cart are still available on the site. If an item has already sold out or been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, you entered during checkout does not match the billing address your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.

When viewing the site, be sure to use an up-to-date browser, such as Google Chrome.

Questions regarding returns or lost packages.

Package Protection is offered for every order. The system automatically calculates the insurance cost based on the items ordered and the shipping region. Please check the tracking on your order before contacting us about a missing package.

Package Protection: covers lost or damaged packages.  If you choose not to use Package Protection to ensure your order, Sara Sofia's Blessings is not responsible for lost or damaged products. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to these items.    

If you have Package Protection, please note the claim deadlines below for loss or damaged packages:

Lost: 10 days from the last tracking update. Package Protection requires customers to wait 10 days before filing a claim, as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivered. 

 Damaged: within 3 days of when the package was marked as delivered. Please make sure you contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged at heidirae@sarasofiasblessings.com

What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number, a picture, and a description of the issue by email to:  heidirae@sarasofiasblessings.com

Providing this information helps us resolve your issue quickly and helps prevent similar problems in the future.

NOTE:  Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
